I'll start: I'm currently an LVN. I reside in the Los Angeles area. I'm married, with 3 kiddos. I love to dance, I'm a foodie and I love to travel. I also love amusement parks. I am a movie fanatic; I have over 1,500 DVD's! I LOVE all things Disney and Marvel! I'm interested in connecting with other applicants, so we can be travel buddies, study together and maybe room/share air bnbs and car rental costs to help save/cut costs while attending Hutchinson.

Hi! I took patho online through Hutchinson. It was not bad. It wasn't hard per se, but there were a lot of group discussions, assignments and a couple of papers. It definitely kept me busy. I would say no more than 2 courses at a time, so you can be sure to get a good grade. What other prereqs do you need to take? You can private message me if you want ?

@Kassyx @futurenurse0618 Sorry we confused you ladies...those of us posting that we got in, applied to the LVN-RN at AVC, which starts in the Summer with just LVN's, then we join generic RN cohort (3rd semester/2nd yr) in the Fall. That's why we got our acceptances in April because we start in June. The generic RN starts in mid Aug, so their acceptance letters will go out in June.

Hi everyone! I applied to COC's LVN-RN for Fall 2023. Just want to meet others who may have applied too, so we can get through this nail-biting wait together. OMG , OMG. OMG ???

I heard that we should hear something in mid-late March...so anytime now. We should get an acceptance or denial email sometime in mid April. Orientation will probably be in late April/early May. All I know is that this wait SUCKS.

72 points for me. And I don't know if you know, but we probably won't find out until mid April. Even though I know this I keep checking my email 2-3x a day anyway LOL
