RN Registration to CNO from International trained nurse
hello Bax RN Your ielts scores are just perfect. CNO needs 1152 hours of experience so now you can calculate whether you have enpough hours to show. I dont have any about your special case, but in the end the important thing is that you need to have a Bsc degree in nursing, which CNO will assess. All the best I have also applied recently to CNO.

Questions about IEN Registration with CNO
hey bax RN CNO now a days give you a time limit of 20 weeks or 5 months to wait after submitting your application. The time duration although varies candidate to candidate. And after giving your CRNE exam results are out 6 weeks later and if you pass the exam then again it will take 15 more days to get your complete registration from CNO. Have you submitted your documents?? Parish.

Requirements for Interim permit
Thank you silver dragon for the reply. *Normally how much time it takes to get obtain a LMO and approximate time seen in CNO assessment. *secondly, I have also 120 hrs of A1 level french, PG certificate in Diabetes education to my credit. Do you suggest I should send that as well for assessment. But It wont be possible to get a transcript for that later one as it was only a six month course recognised by International diabetes federation. Thanks....

Requirements for Interim permit
Hello All, I am an Indian Nurse. I have done Bsc Nursing and PG dip in hospital and healthcare management. I have submitted my documents to CNO in April. I have also tied up with an Agency which will help me in future for getting an employer in order to get Interim permit. My Ielts score is 7 (general) R:6 , L:8.5, W:6.5, S:7. Since i lack 0.5 in reading section I inquired with CNO over phone and they told me that I can give some other English exams like: CELBAN, Melab or TOEIC. I am now preparing for TOEIC listening and Reading test. I have also confirmed it from CNO whether I can submit a combination of TOEIC + IELTS, as I already fulfill Speaking fluency of 7 in IELTS. My question to you all is if we are fulfilling the English requirement plus if our BSN degree is also upto the mark as per CNO standard, do we ll get the eligibility to write CRNE and plus after that are we eligible to apply for Interim permit?

ielts before crne in toronto?
Hello everybody , I am really confused about CNO english requirements. In their website its mentioned that u need to have 6.5 in rest and 7 in speaking. Does it mean a candidate with a 6 in reading is not applicable, as in other blogs and by very reputed canadian nursing professional i have read that all they focus on writing and speaking. so one must have 6.5 in writing and 7 in speaking. I am really confused what to do. Is it possible to send CNO my two IELTS score cards differently. One more thing i have got the application package with me, its nowhere written in the package that we need to send ielts score at this stage, they have just mentioned about the completed forms and fees plus the transcripts from the nursing college. So is dat mean we can get the eligibilty to write CRNE w/o ielts score and probably we have to send them after passing the exam

Questions about IEN Registration with CNO
Hello everybody. Happy new year to all of you. My question is related with the IELTS requirement of CNO. I have got my IELTS score recently. Overall is : 7 (general module) L: 8.5 R:6 W:6.5 S:7 It is unfortunate that i got 6 in reading. Last time I gave ielts i got 6 in speaking but over 7 in rest of the sections. This is the reason i am very depressed because of such continous failures. Can i still send all my documents to CNO for evaluation. Will they consider my score or it will be a mere wastage. Though i have completed my B.Sc in Nursing and post graduate certifiacte in diabetes education and PG diploma in health management with good scores. Regards Isha
