  1. Did the PDA book come with an access code or CD for you to practice the questions electronically?
  2. Wow! Thank you all so much for the reply. Got lots of good information. Thanks again.
  3. I am currently taking Critical Care and having so much trouble interpreting the strip and memorizing the treatments. Is there an easier way to learn these stuff? Please help!!! =(
  4. 'Geezzz... I know we have a shortage in nurses, but didn't think we have to go this far."
  5. Will give it a shot. Thanks! :)
  6. I get what you are saying. I have seen the charting system in the facility that I am currently having my clinical in. It's so much easier than having to write it. However, when I have to write a care plan to turn in to my clinical instructor; I spent days working on it. For one, I have no clue what the template is asking for. Two, I have trouble finding out where to start. Finally, I have no clue what the instructor is expecting from us.
  7. Does anyone know if there is a online course or something that would teach nursing students how to write care plans? I just wrote my first care plan and I have no clue what I did. I figured since I will be writing care plans for the rest of my career life, I need to understand what exactly I am writing.
  8. Try to read through the weekly objectives on the syllabus and text first. Skim through the headlines and of each sections from your textbook. Try to answer the objectives. If you can't answer the objectives, you will have to go back and read the section. It is nearly impossible for any nursing students to read 4-5 chapters for each class. Wish you the best of luck! =)
