take the small entrance in front of S&R, go to basement 1, ask the guard where the hr is then tell the hr personnel you're applying for nurse training. i'm not sure whether or not they're still accepting applicants.

they train nurses for manpooling, so just in case there is a vacancy they can just pull one out from their list of trainees. Even if you have previous experience in hospitals you still have to undergo their training; i think, it's part of their policy. once you passed the initial interview you will be asked to choose which area you want to be assigned to. So, for example you chose the er dept, you will have your training there. and if, only if, you top their training in that area you'll be most likely to have the vacant position. they have other areas to choose from such as ancillary and general areas.

just had my final interview yesterday. how will i know if i passed or failed the interview? do they only text those who passed?

the hr personnel just told him that there is no memo yet for the training but as soon as it comes out, don't worry, i'll post it here. as of now, TMC is still accepting applicants for the training so that means it will take a long time pa and probably next year pa. but i do pray it will start this year.

just bring your resume, board rating and an id. that's all.

hi. you can visit the st. luke's forum for more details. what i can tell you now is that the ancillary department is like an extension or an additional branch of the hospital e.g. aesthetic clinic, cardio, respiratory, etc. it's easier to apply there than in other areas like the er.just try your luck and ask the hr personnel for more info.they're nice and approachable naman.

jrm24: sorry i can't send you a private message. i need to have at least 15 posts before i can make one and i just joined this site.:) during the initial interview, i was interviewed together with another interviewee. we were only asked personal questions. the exam is a mental test. it will test your ability to answer questions in 15 mins. and of course your mental ability. to tell you honestly, i dont really think they're basing on the exam results since those who were not that good looking did not pass.(just an observation)

i know, right?i have wasted 8 months, turning down 2 hospitals (QMMC and St. Luke's) for the training at TMC. i constantly follow up when the training will start but i always get the same answer: No schedule yet. my advise for you guys try applying in other hospitals. if the training will start in TMC and you're training in another hospital, leave it if you think TMC's worth it.(which in my case i would sacrifice) My backer said, there maybe NO TRAINING this year. St. luke's global city is now hiring for the er and ancillary depts so theyll be having the training this month.maybe you'd like to try there.there's no harm in trying. check the st luke's forum for more info.btw, i'll be having my final interview next week.so maybe they can still include you in their training.

Try passing your resumes, who knows they may still let you join the training for this month. no need for a backer. actually most of the interviewees there were walk-ins and don't know anyone from st. luke's. just bring your resume and board rating. Be in business attire cause usually they do the initial interview right away.By the way, they have vacancies in the ER dept. and the ancillary. they also offered me the training in general areas.Good luck!

I'm just wondering, when does TMC plan to have the nurse's training?i've passed all the examinations, interviews, was called for the orientation, completed passing all the requirements for pre-employment, paid the training fee; but how come until now they still have not scheduled the training?they said that it would start on june, then moved to july, then august, and now the ber-month has already started but i still have not heard from them. i really wanted to apply in other hospitals but i'm afraid it will coincide with the training in TMC. i hope they will not just leave us hanging for nothing.
