What do u mean by that.IS it that we need 7 overall band score in IELTS for visascreening???

How come it takes 2years to work in california.I cant understand that.Please clarify me.I passed Nclex-rn from california board of nursing.I would like to work in big ciites and it would be better if it is teaching hospital.I havent completed english test yet.
