    NERLP Help, Thank you so much for taking the time to find this message board and post here to help put all of us at ease (I believe I was one of the ones you'd told letters would be out in "a week or so" back on August 2). If nothing else, we now all know that we haven't missed out on this opportunity, simply because the letters could not have arrived yet! You are really the only NELRP person I have interacted with, and I appreciate your willingness to help in any way possible. It looks like from other posts here, not everyone at NELRP is as helpful, or as understanding about how important this is to each of us. Thanks again! Be safe!
