  1. Hi, I was wondering if you had any information about the position open in your department? I have my BSN and 6 months of RN experience in a LTC and am trying to get into LD.
  2. I was wondering the same thing. I'm not sure what my chances are, but I'm so hopeful!
  3. Does anyone who interviewed happen to know when we'd be hearing if we'd had an offer of employment?
  4. I seriously missed that. Thank you, it's going to feel like forever!
  5. Hey there! I applied to all units as well. Does anyone know when we'll hopefully hear back for interviews?
  6. I haven't gotten an actual email either. I'm going to be calling once it's closer to 9am.
  7. My TEAS was 87.3 and GPA 3.71
  8. No, I keep re-checking my email to see if the actual email has been sent. So I'm assuming tomorrow?
  9. I'm not sure, but you can call and they will tell you! You can also ask for your Essay score as well.
  10. Yeah they send out an email and then you sign into your student portal. I have a feeling that they'll probably wait until friday... It seems to be the trend! Anyone want to call? lol
  11. Goodluck everyone! This wait has been the WORST!
  12. Yeah, we won't find out our score until after they post our denial, acceptance, or alternate status. I talked to one of the nursing department heads, who said there were 122 applicants, she couldn't tell me how many spots were actually open because of deferments, but that we should hear by the last week of this month (September).
  13. GPA is the core sciences and Bio Stats. :) I feel like I'm slowly dying! I want to know!
  14. Hey @britt821 how did you find out your essay score so soon? Or was that a previous score? And this wait is going to be a long one! I'm trying to stay as distracted as possible!
  15. You absolutely did not! We still have GPA's and essay scores to factor in, so that may have been enough to get you in depending on all 3! Here's to waiting! I'm already SOOO anxious!! I've heard we should know in about six weeks... Anyone else heard anything?
  16. I was most likely there with you Taylor! I had taken it at SDSU so I didn't stay for the actual TEAS. That really isn't that bad of a score!!! How do you feel you did on the essay? I got one on what I plan to contribute to nursing...
  17. Good luck everyone! I just took my essay today and turned in my TEAS score!
  18. Did you apply for the generic entry or the accelerated?
  19. I think there are 40 available and then 10 are alternates from the previous cohort, 50 all together.
  20. Oh wow! Congrats JTwin01! I'm hoping I get in! I just took the TEAS yesterday, and my score was 87.3. My GPA is 3.71 so I'm just hoping my essay is competitive enough as well!
  21. Yes, I applied for generic entry. I believe the accelerated cohort is for those with a bachelors already.
  22. I've been using pocket prep, mometrix, and just finished one of the practice exams on ATI. I currently have a 3.71 gpa, I'm just hoping I score high on the TEAS and essay!
  23. I'm applying as well! My essay date is the 15th!!
