Can someone help me find the Florida board of Nursing's SPECIFIC guidance on this topic? Everything I find on the Deptof Health/ Nursing site is in general terms. Truly no help but a drag on time. I am an experienced RN in the ED and know what my experiences are with these drugs( most who reply will have the same answers to this topic that I have) but, I need to have the Board's black and white answer. Does any one know where this is? Thank you in advance, JJTRN

great idea. especially because they are sending you out of the country. from what i have been told, i will be able to have the Commissioning at my house.

my plan is to have family and friends over. this is such an awesome step for my family and I so, I want to make it memorable for all.

Yeah... i am just wondering when I will get the news. some ppl seem to get the news faster than others on MEPS/ Application approvals/ COT...commissioning etc... So, now that I am seeing some people recieving their green light for Commissioning, I am starting to look for mine. I am looking forward to this...obviously:up:

Does anyone have a projected Commissioning upcoming? I do and am told that I have to wait for "scroll approval" from Congress. How long doe this process take? I have been told of my COT date and where I will be stationed but, no Commissioning as of yet. Thanks for any help Jake

Hey. I was told of where I was stationed and when I go to COT but...my recruitor says that I have to wait to be scroll approved from Congress. Did you have to go thru anything like this? I want this to already happen for me but, as with this entire process, if feels like it is just one big hurry and wait scenario. When do you go to COT? Jake

okay so, what is the latest from your recruiter? mine tells me that i am awaiting the scroll aprroval from congress then, san antonio will give her the green light for commissioning? then, off to COT!!!

Hello to Everyone! I too, wanted to keep this thread alive. I am sure that we all still have questions. But, does anyone want to start a Feb. COT thread, too? I will def have some more questions. As of now, I am expecting to go to COT with my credit card ready to buy all the necessary things. The web site for inbound COT trainees is pretty helpful. For those still pending an answer, I hope that it comes this week. Hopefully, your recruiters were just out of the office for the holidays and will deliver good news this week!!!!!
