hello guys! :) i called (moderator edit of name) to follow up on my application, and they told me that my resume was on hold since i answered the question "are you willing to work alone?" with a "no". so just a tip for those who would want to apply for them, answer this question with a "yes" to make the processing of your application easier. but yeah, the hr lady told me i could change my answer to a "yes" to be reconsidered - so i did. after a week i followed up on them again and got the 10 minute phone interview. got the job! this will be a great start for me. :heartbeat god bless us!

Oh nooo.. my post has been removed! Thank you thank you kerriew, ajsmom, and NurseLil-Lea! I see. I see. I was starting to worry that they aren't considering me anymore since it has been quite a while and I haven't heard from them. I'd really want to score an interview with them since it's been hard on my part looking for an RN position at hospitals. I'm a foreign grad nurse - a new grad too with zero paid experience. It's been about 3 months since I passed the NCLEX and I've been sending my resume out everywhere but no calls yet. It gets frustrating over time. Thanks again for the replies guys!
