  1. Anyone else mind sharing their actual timestamp like Mamabear and not just the date? 8:06 is pretty far into the October stamps. I would think there may be some December timestamps as well.
  2. Well done! Congrats! Hopefully we can find out when the later stamps were!
  3. No one ever puts their time stamp. Remember to provide your time stamp!
  4. Level one fingerprint ID was already required. That isn't a change. It was already a part of the requirements to get on the waitlist and it is what you submit with your application to get on the waitlist. It's just being said now that that isn't enough. The new background checks will "fail" for many other items than people could still have on record to get a level 1 fingerprint clearance.
  5. This is the wording that makes me believe existing students will need to meet the new standards: "Additionally, students who have been admitted to an MCCCD healthcare program or WHO ARE CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN ONE as of September 1, 2011 will be required to sign an MCCCD Criminal Background check disclosure acknowledgement form." and "In order for MCCCD students to be able to CONTINUE TO COMPLETE clinical experiences at local hospitals, students must meet these new standards."
  6. I'm surprised no one has brough it up yet. Does anyone other than myself believe that the new background check requirements coming in September for Maricopa Community Colleges will have a huge impact on those already in class including those about to start for Fall? In addition, I would think it will have a large impact on the waitlist as well. The way I read it, almost any non-traffic misdemeanor conviction may cause you to be ineligible for the program completely and be asked to leave if you are already in classes.
