I applied for full time. The deposit is 750 and books are about 200, uniforms 200, background check 150. I will also have to be CPR certified again because my certification expired and it wasn't American heart association health care provider. There is a program through orangeworks that can help but you have to be unemployed. I work full time right now and can't stop. My husband was recently laid off and is only working part time. I really want to start this September but I don't think it will be possible. I thinking am going to just wait until sept. 2012 so that I can get enough money and be better prepared.

I had my interview 2 weeks ago and they said we should find out the first week in august. Now I'm considering waiting until next year because I don't know if I will be able to come up with the $1000 plus for deposit, books and uniform before class starts. I have had recent financial change that has affected my plans. I was really hoping to start this year but I feel like I will be less stressed if I just wait and have everything ready for next year. Is anyone attending orange ulster boces nursing program in September. I started the process had my interview and am now waiting to see if I will be accepted. So many people applied I hope I get accepted very nervous. Any response is greatly appreciated
