What kind of nursing should a new nurse do?
I'm a new nurse who graduated with her BSN in May 2014 and I still haven't figured out which field of nursing I want to do? Is this okay and what can I do to finally find out what I want? Is jumping from one job to another okay for new nurses just to find what we are meant to do?

Thank you for the tip! My license was issued in 2012. I am currently working at a surgery center since April. Plan on getting experience in NJ/NY first then relocate! I think that is a better plan! :)

Relocating to CA
I've decided to get experience in NJ first then relocate next year or two years from now. Still hoping that will increase my chances of getting employed in California! Thank you for the info about unemployment rates there!

Relocating to CA
Hi everyone, I'm a new graduate from New Jersey and I would want to relocate to California a few months from now. I don't have any experience yet but I hope there are places in CA (near San Jose area) that are currently hiring new graduates. If you know any places please share! Thanks, mc

NJ/NY Residency Programs
Hi everyone! Looking for Residency Programs in NY/NJ! Any suggestions? I am an RN-BSN student who is graduating in May 2014 am I eligible to apply for a New Grad Residency Program? I graduated in Dec 2011 with an ADN and passed my NCLEX in May 2012. I transferred straight to a university to get my BSN as a full time student and have never practiced with my RN license. I will be graduating in May 2014 with my BSN-RN and technically I am still like a new grad without experience. Will I be qualified for Nurse Residency Programs? Thank you for your help!

If I verify through NURSYS and pay $30 do I still have to mail the Form 3 to NJBON?
