Hi ALL! I got my NELRP email on 7/14. I didn't actually recieve it until Sunday the 17th because I was on vacation and didn't check my email until then! I was freakin' out because of the "fax within 24 hours" message on the email. To make matters worse, I couldn't quite remember my password to log-in for the bank account information...AND my account locked. So Sunday night I faxed my acceptance form and contract, and then wrote a note to Mr. Richard Callahan explaining that I was locked out of my account and couldnt finish the bank information just yet and would call Monday to get it unlocked and finish everything up. On Monday, that is just what I did... phew! Now I could only pray things were in my favor. Today I got a call from guess who?!? Mr. Callahan himself! He wanted to make sure I got it all done and faxed. He also said not to worry about the 24 hour notice and says, "besides, it takes us 5-6 months..." He said if my application was complete, not to worry about a thing and he would take care of me! How cool is that?!? So just to ease your anxiety, if you got an email, that's pretty good news...and if you didn't...there is a ton of time left. This was my third time applying. I am an RN who works at a critical shortage Hospital in Oregon with 150%.
