Do you happen to know what kind of computer the school recommends the students to use throughout the program? I know other nursing schools have the info in their websites but I didn't see it for TWU. I will probably figure it out on the 4th.

hey i was wondering if any of you have gotten a blood titer test done? I'm trying to figure out right now if my insurance covers it, but they are giving me a headache. Has anyone had it covered by their insurance? if no, where is a place i can get it done cheap? just want to save money, lol. thanks!

I called today to ask that question and they said they will send acceptance emails by the end of this month.

Congrats to all that have received an email! Does anyone know if they send the interview emails alphabetical order of last name? I'm not too familiar how the committee does it, but do they send interview emails in rounds or all at one time? Good luck to all who have interviews this week.

Hi all, I have been reading everyone's post and finally decided to write on here. I'm also applying for the fall 2012. I received an email back in January from an adviser stating that the interviews should be happening in February. Today is the last day of February and still no email or anything regarding an interview. I was just wondering why it would take this long. I'm thinking they have many applicants to review, but I'm getting a little worried. I'm just really nervous!! Anyway, good luck to everyone and hopefully we hear something soon!

I took the TEAS in January so I probably had the older format. It was still a bit challenging, but I scored OK. I just submitted my Supplemental application and residency questionnaire. Now we have to wait another few weeks, I suppose. Does anyone know how many students applied this semester and how many they will admit? Also how long are we going to have to wait until we hear a response? I am super nervous. Good luck everyone!!!

Welcome! I also applied to TWU, UTMB, and UT- houston. I wanted to apply to UTA, but I was too late for the fall. So i'm hoping one of these other schools accept me. I suppose next week the supplemental applications will be sent out since this week is over. I'm really anxious to hear from them. Been checking my email and all nurses several times a day. But will take a break from checking this weekend, lol.

I know! I've been browsing through last years thread constantly. That's why i sent that message to see if there is anyone out there applying. I felt alone, lol. I haven't received a supplemental application. Just a TEAS invite in January and a confirmation email that they've received my score, and that was sent to me yesterday. It said in the email that they will be sending them out mid-February and admissions decision in mid-March. Good luck to you and all who apply!
