  1. I am so sorry to hear about your hurt and struggle. Even just reading the words you typed I can tell that you are in pain. You have to believe in yourself. I believe whole heartedly that if you can make it through Nursing School then you can pass boards. You have to do practice questions. A LOT of them. I was doing close to 300 questions daily before I took my NCLEX. You have to read your rationales. I read every rationale whether I got the question right or not. I needed to know if the reasoning I used to answer the question was the reasoning they used when creating the question. If you are not getting the questions correct refer back to your text book and refresh yourself on the subject. Lastly but most important I prayed. I am a Christian so I believe that God will not put more on anyone then that can bear. Even though you failed NCLEX 3 times you are still fighting. SO keep fighting. You will Pass!!
  2. Is your Advisor the one who admits the students into the Nursing school? I am currently in a Nursing program and I got in with a 4.0 GPA and a very high TEAS score. I personally know students in the same program that got in with a low GPA and a horrible TEAS score. So don't be discouraged. Never let anyone else tell you that you can't do it or that you are not capable.
  3. I think advice for anyone taking a major exam would be to just study. I am not exactly sure how Kaplan nursing exams are but you have an idea. You have taken the test before so that gives a you a great advantage that you did not have the first time you took the test. Just study hard and believe in yourself.
  4. I just want to say congrats to everyone that was accepted into the Fall 2011 Nursing class at Calhoun Community College. I was beyond excited when I got my acceptance letter 2 weeks ago. I had a did a little jumping and screaming then I read the letter about 30 times. Yeah I'm thinking about framing it LOL!! Just kidding but seriously I was nervous. I have a 4.0 which is good bc I'm a full time student, but my TEAS score was a 78 and that had me worried. God has a plan though. I'm so excited.
