  1. I have a misdemeanor for MIP of alcohol from when I was 15. I took an alcohol class-which my father made me pay for-and learned my lesson. I also was ARRESTED for driving under revocation or suspended license, I cant remember which offhand-at age 20-because I left a speeding ticket unpaid...warrant was issued...then I got stopped for having a crack in my windshield and subsequently arrested-I was a poor young teen and couldnt afford the speeding ticket lol..... These are my only criminal offenses. I know some states can be incredibly strict, others you just have to explain and be honest. Are these offenses that could disallow me from getting a license?...They seem so minor but, I have heard HORROR stories If time matters-I will be 27 or 28 when I apply for licensure if that helps.
