    What if it says.... Candidate currently has an opened reg at this time. A new registration can not be completed at this time. Is that a good pop-up?

    What does it mean if it says.... "Candidate currently has an open registration at this time. A new registration can not be completed at this time." That's the message my friend keeps getting and it doesn't match either one of the messages that are listed.
