  1. Hi, yes it's an insurance company and so far I am learning a lot. I like the job and I get to talk to the members and do the head to toe assessment on the phone. It was weird in the beginning but I have been there for about a month and am getting the hang of it. Good luck on your interview! I was very honest in my interview and let her know that I don't have experience other then school but that I am an eager learner and that someone out there would give me a chance to prove it. It worked, she told me that she also remembered how hard it was for someone to give her a chance to start her career...:heartbeat:nurse:
  2. Hello, I'm an LPN and I got hired to be a case manager in an insurance company, anything is possible, just be positive. Funny story I got this job because I applied in careerbuilder by mistake, meaning I had not noticed the requirement was a two year degree and experience..which I did not have, I was fresh out of LPN program. So they call me and interview me and I got the job...anything is possible if you just go out there and apply everywhere...you never know what can happen :)
  3. Hi everyone, I am starting a new job in Case Management this Monday, 2morow! I am fresh out of Lpn school and just got my license about 2 weeks ago. They hired me and are willing to train me. I don't want to go in there looking like a dope, can anyone tell me what Case Management is really about, what should I research? Any good books about case management? Is it difficult? Please any advise would help. Thank you!:)::redbeathe
