Did you get the book with the access card? I think you use the code to create an account. I haven't done it yet but most of the time that's how it works with the access codes. Lmk if you get stuck. I'm going to set it up soon.

I found the head to toe assessment sheet in d2l. If you click on content>theory> scroll down to clinical papers 1 it's under that subcategory as "Chart for physical assessment " :)
