I think you should stick with the classes and complete them because you never know when you will need them in life. What if you what to pursue a BSN or even MSN? I have a biology degree myself so I have many biology classes behind me so I know they will come in use when I decide to pursue a BSN or even MSN. It's never a bad thing to get too much education! Education never goes to waste...

Okay ladies. I think all of us are anxiously waiting for our letters. Hopefully tom. Will bring us some good news. Trust me I have been following this blog and stalking my mail too. Nothing for me either today. But i called today and the lady in the admissions office for the ADN program said, "she had mailed all the letters out on friday". I came to the conclusion that alternates got their letters first for some reason before the people who had been accepted. I wish u ladies the best of luck for this letter that we are all impatiently waiting for! Keep us posted!

Has anyone heard anything new from the advisor's as to the average of this year? I am anxiously waiting for the letters to go out!

Readytonurse01, Forsyth's average was 147 last semester? wow.. I thought it was higher than that. Oh well, if it is 147, that is very good news. But again it depends on the applicants.

Readytonurse01, I also applied to FTCC. I don't know the range because they said it varies every year depending on the applicant pool.

I agree. If they can't fill all the seats then they should def. consider the people who passed the TEAS first before considering the people who have high MAR points but did not pass the TEAS. Not to be bias or unfair, but if you have such high MAR scores, then you should of been able to pass the TEAS with at least a 66%. If you studied the ATI book, and carefully attempted to do the TEAS test then you should be able to get at least 66% or higher.

I don't know how many passed but the advisor did tell me not a lot of people are passing it. I think they were mainly concerned about people passing the TEAS. So if you passed it, I think you are good to go depending on how many applicants they have.

I have no idea amgladwell12. But I think 40s and above would be ideal to be considered at GTCC. I have 50 pts at GTCC and the advisor told me I had a competitive score, because a lot of people were not passing the TEAS. But this waiting for March to arrive is driving me crazy. I want to find out now but we must all wait patiently and calmly :)

What do you guys think the point range is going to be for this years GTCC fall ADN program? I am keeping my fingers crossed!

I am so nervous. And I am sure all of you are as well. I can't wait for the letters to come out. I hope I get accepted!
