  1. thanks for letting me know! that's too bad it only shaved off 1 semester
  2. Aggiexpooh, are you positive you can transfer enough credits to shave off 2 years? I was recently accepted, and I was told that you have to attend a minimum of 7 semesters no matter how many credits you have transfer over. They said that you have to follow their curriculum grid when you take classes so if you have credits towards a particular semester then you will just be part-time for that semester instead of taking another class in its place. So really you could have a lot of time shaved off but they are stretching it out. This info came from a Chamberlain representative from the Phoenix location so I will double check with someone from the Addison location. Hopefully Addison does things differently and will not be trying to "stretch out" my time there. :)
  3. Thank you all so much for your input! I really appreciate it!
  4. Hi there! I have a bachelors in psychology but recently decided I wanted to be a nurse instead. I have been accepted to 2 schools: 1 to get my second bachelors degree in nursing, and the other is a masters entry program for nursing. Which school should I go to? Is it better to have a masters degree in the nursing field? Or will that hold me back because I will have a higher degree but no real nursing experience? I know that with psychology you can't get a job without a masters degree but I have no idea how nursing works. I would greatly appreciate any info or advice! Thanks!! :)
