Meeting AHPRA requirements as a International Trained Nurse from the Philippines
From my experience I don't think they are strict about the brand names, etc until and unless you have genuine immunization report. For TB you can either do the Mantoux test or Quantiferon test. Its better to do quantiferon test if its available in your place and there are higher chances of having a positive result in PPD. Or if you have positive PPD result though you do not have TB just take some supporting results as chest X-ray to prove that you do not have TB. I had to spend another AUD 45 just because my doctor mentioned the PPD result as positive though the reading should have been negative I hope this answers your question.

Meeting AHPRA requirements as a International Trained Nurse from the Philippines
Hi, don't expect COA to be sent so early. You may receive it just few weeks prior to the course commencement date and yes do not worry about that too because Offer letter is enough for application of visa. However, you can always call IHNA to make sure that you are confirmed for the desired intake

Meeting AHPRA requirements as a International Trained Nurse from the Philippines
Hi baros08, yes you are eligible to apply AHPRA with that work experience. I too had work experience from 2007 to 2009 and I was granted eligible to undertake bridging program in australia. I think the acceptable gap is less than 5years.

Hi everyone....I'm in a state of panic. I just tried to go through my topics in e-learning but the IHNA website shows "You can not enroll yourself in this course" . I havent completed all my e-learning course and still have plenty to complete. Has it happened to somebody? What can be the reason that I am being refused from access to the course? Guys please help:bluecry1: Is it mandatory that we have to finish e-learning within a fixed time and can not access again and again when we havent finished it?? By the way, I am scheduled for October 8 intake at perth and I was availed of e-learning entry from june 2012.. Please help somebody....- New grad Filipino nurse wanting to work in Australia/New Zealand Part 2

Hello annelle I am also for the same intake. IHNA mailed me sometime back telling that the october intake will start in advance from 24th September. Then they didnt give me any further information. And today I receive another email from them saying that the intake will begin on 8th October. I have been so much confused. Can you tell me if the classes will begin from 8th October for sure and not 24th September? I tried to call IHNA but too late for their office hour. - Meeting AHPRA requirements as a International Trained Nurse from the Philippines
