  1. Hello all!My interview went very well and I'm happy to announce that I officially got my offer letter for RN residency at Tacoma General in medical oncology. I'm so excited and can't wait to start.. I also got a call from Good Sam for an interview but I respectfully declined because I've already been accepted at TG! I'm super grateful to God for giving me all these opportunities.
  2. Hi...I'm having my residency interview this week at Multicare THE med surg oncology. Please can you give me some tips?I'll really appreciate it
  3. Hi everyone! I'm so excited and nervous about my upcoming interview at Tacoma General in a few days. It's for their residency program. Please any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated. Has anyone interviewed for the medical oncology or has gone through the residency program? What materials do you suggest i bring with me and what kind of questions should i prepare for? Any and every advice would be greatly appreciated!
  4. Wow! Good for you! I applied and never heard back. I've gotten so many rejection letters that I don't even care to read them anymore so maybe they have replied and I just deleted immediately. It's heartbreaking that no one wants to hire me but I'm not giving up
  5. Which hospital please?
  6. Thanks a lot. I appreciate that. I applied to various positions at St Alexius. No feedback yet.

  8. Lol @old grad with no experience. I've applied to st alexius medical center and hopefully I'll get a positive response soon. I can't wait to start this thing off
  9. Thanks but what do you mean by first shift is today? Thought you said you've been there for a year?
  10. I'm so sorry for your plight. I understand the feeling but please do not give up. You have come way too far to do that now. Keep trusting God and try to change some of ur study habits. Take breaks during study. Have you tried using the priority & delegation book by LaCharity??? It's a phenomenal book for NCLEX. Try it and read it cover to cover before retaking the test. If you don't have it, I can ship mine to u for free. Just let me know. I'll be praying for your success.
  11. Pls I have more questions....did you have to endorse your RN license completely b4 they hired u? Or were u still in the process of endorsement? What is the pay like as a new grad? Was it difficult to find housing? Did you have to start out with medsurg or did they hire u into a specialty? Pls answer as much as you can. I'll appreciate it. Thanks
