  1. I have encountered my worst RN course yet- PSYCH. I thought I would do really well in this class and it was the one I looked forward to the most. I understand the information, read all of the chapters, but when I take my test Im doing something wrong. I haven't passed a test yet. Are there any helpful books? tips? etc
  2. I start psych this semester and we were also told to wear street clothes. I like to look professional but also do not want to wear the same shirt and khakis everyday. What type of outfits do you wear to the pysch facility? What guidelines did your school make?
  3. Im looking for a good review book to help me study for tests while also preparing me for NCLEX. I hear really good things about Saunders and the Mary Ann Hogan books. In my program we were required to purchase the Davis review book..I have maybe opened it once, I just haven't heard much about it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
  4. Thank you SO much. My nursing diagnosis book is not good for labor & delivery!!
  5. I am needing one medical and psychosocial diagnoses for a postpartum pt that had no complications during labor. The only complication was straining when she urinates. My Nursing Diagnosis book is not really helpful for labor/postpartum. Any help is greatly appreciated!
  6. Does anyone have any helpful tips for studying for the ATI maternal newborn test?
