  1. Hi Flsunshine! The pathway is IRSC --> Programs/Careers --> Health Sciences link --> Click on Registered Nurse on lower left hand side of page, then once on the RN page, click on the link to the upper right of the page under schedules, there is a link "Fall 2012 Registration Schedule". Hope this helps!
  2. Hi Jenni! Just looked at the schedule, too. It would be wonderful to have the Chastain option. I wonder if a schedule will be released, separately, for this campus like there was for the Okeechobee Campus.
  3. Thanks Nomijen! I think I am most nervous about the giving of meds and med calcs, but I know I am getting ahead of myself. You must be so excited and be counting down the days until October, Congratulations!! Thank you for answering all of my silly questions!!
  4. Thank both you and PC for the information!! I am excited and nervous all at the same time!! So is the program two full years? I've bought the Test Success book and will read it during the Summer. What has been your favorite semester so far? (Sorry for all of the questions, I'm anxious, can you tell!?) :)
  5. Congratulations JenniD!!!! :) Yes, my letter also stated April 16th! Looking forward to meeting everyone!
  6. Congrats FuzzyCNA!!!
  7. I'm sure you made it Jenni!! I'm just happy my mail runs early!! Good luck and sorry you have to wait so long for your mail man! :) And thank you sooplm!!!!
  8. Hi Jenni! No, no LPN or other speciality.
  9. Congrats sooplm!!!
  10. Thank you Tiffany for letting me know!! I heard the mail man down the street and wanted to meet him before he even made it to my house, LOL!!! I made it!!! Good luck to all!!!! :redbeathe
  11. Flsunshine - that's a wonderful score! I know they were accepting scores in the mid-200's last go round, so you may have a good chance! Tiffany - if you don't mind me asking, what was your overall score when you were waitlisted? Now the fun of waiting for our letters begin!! :)
  12. I am also applying for Fall 2012. My total points are 215. I'm nervous! I know it's very competitive! Good luck all!
  13. Thank you BeachSideNic!!! I won't be able to move out of my area because of owning my home and having my husband and daughter, however the RN program I applied to takes preferance of those with the LPN first, so if I have to, I will enroll in that program, so that it helps me get into the RN program, it just adds another year to my goal, but whatever it takes to get the degree, I will work on it!!! I was just really sure I would make it in with all my prereqs done and an 86% on the NLN, but I'm not giving up!! :) Thank you so much for your kind words!! Such support on this website!!!
  14. Thank you Want2BANurseSoon! I will admit I cried again when my husband came home from work and said he was sorry, but I'm better now!! :) Again, thank you so much for this tread, it truly was a blessing to have seen it when I did because it helped a lot!! I'm now looking into a possible job at the local hospital and planning my next classes. Also think I will apply for the LPN and RN next time so at least I have a better back-up plan.
  15. I just found out today that I was not accepted to the RN program I applied to and was so upset, and then this was the first post I saw!!! Great advice and made me feel better. It made me put my "big girl panties on" and deal with it and I'm already working on a plan of action on how to better my chances next go round!
