I would honestly try to negotiate some admin time- I come in an hour before I see patients every day and it has saved my personal life.

My efc was also high- much higher due to being a ft RN and having a husband who worked full time in 2013. Unfortunately being in school ft and unable to work much, with all the added expenses it does not really show a true depiction of our financial situation now. I am also experienced with medically under served areas and used that in my essays. Hopefully they look at the big picture :)

Anyone heard from the west coast?
