ok, for the support.werid but it works for me....I am a healthly woman, I wear mens scoccer socks that goes to your knees...I got mine at Target(: and the shoes have enough support to which you do not need anything in them...I try it, I bought inserts to try OMG..they killed my arch( it is high) and feet, so i took them out and my feet were having a party! I worked 16hrs that day..so now the only thing i wear is the scoccer socks for support and the saucony stage 1 shoe. I will be getting the stage 4 b/c my hubby has those and he loves the support and comfort! My hubby has the flat feet as well..

Truly not sure, but the shoe fits right below the ankles. I have bunions as well and I truly do not hurt in these shoes..

I have a waterbed, and the heat in it keeps my back and legs singing sweet songs, when I get up...(: I tries to sleep on regular beds and I truly would wake up stiff and would cry...): I selpt in the waterbed for 16 yrs now...

Sorry for the delay, been working many hrs...I have Saucony XT-900, stage 1..but I am going to buy stage 4, next pay period...I hubby has them and loves them...

Saucony...they come in different stages..1 for less support..4 & up for more support, the runners and military people buy them. Asics are the other ones that they buy. I have bought so many shoes b/c of an heel spur..since the surgery I have found Saucony are the only ones the have the cushion and support I need for 12 hrs. I do hope this help! I do not wear shocking either.

thank you all very much, truly not sure just yet!! keori17.....i got on there career site every day and applied for everything that had do with nai position since 2009 online. then one-day i got mad b/c no nm had looked at my resume or if they did look, they did not release it so i could apply for more. i emailed the hr department this message : i have submitted 75 application into your system and only had one interview, which was not for an na. i have application being review by managers and three(3) are still waiting. i am waiting for someone to call or release, so i can apply for others. it has been three(3) weeks and there have been 9 position that i had to delete b/c they were longer available. i do ask for information about the applications that are not being review to please be released. thank you for your time in this matter. have a good day. after i received a massage back, that they released me.so i could apply for more. i got a phone call from a nm a month later, and interviewed 2 weeks later, and now waiting for the contract..i pray i got it. nm said there were only 3 positions and she only interviewed 3 people and i was the last one to be interviewed. hr called today but i was at the dentist with my daughter and will have call them back in the morning.. i pray it is for time and place for a drug test..(:

update! I received a call for the phone interview, than a week later I received another call from HR to set up the time for the interview with NM. She emailed the information plus I had to download the papers for Background & References. After completing I faxed them back over to HR. The interview was set up for 4-6 at 10 am. To meet w/the NM of the department in which I applied. She was great! We talked in her office then she came out and asked me if I would stay for a peer interview. I stayed and spoke with another NA in the lounge. Felt very good after both interviews..it was every relaxing after my nerves stopped going crazy! haha! On 4-7 I called back to the NM and Thanked her for her time & for the interview. She said orientation will not be until 5-3..(: On 4-18 I emailed the HR to thanked her as well and she emailed my back letting me know that she is running the background check on me! (: Now I am waiting for the paper work and a contact to be afford to me..(8 Truly thank you Both that have replied..

Am playing as well. Had interview Tuesday, went great with NM and the peer interview. Praying for the paperwork goes through fast.

I final got an interview..after posting this...so happy..ty, Lord

Very discouraged. I have applied at CMC 75 times and only had 1 phone interview. Just breaks my heart, that they will not even give me a chance.
