  1. Hello! My husband is currently an SRNA and I am a practicing critical care NP. I am in the very early stages of trying to see how to plan our future in terms of business. I am very interested in him developing or being a part of an LLC once he is a CRNA and I am even contemplating going to get my MBA to see if there is anyway we could form a business together in this for anesthesia LLC or other options. Where is the best resources I can find on the options and how to go about this process, or if an MBA would even be needed to form a business? Thanks!!
  2. I am a junior year nursing student and STRUGGLING to find a job! I feel this is a vicious circle...absolutely every place I apply needs some sort or CNA/STNA certification, but getting the certification is a pain! I want so badly to just take the state test since I already know how to do everything. I was told in the past that 1 semester clinical experience is equivilent to STNA, but all facilities NEED the certification for accredidation/insurance purposes... So my question is, what jobs are available for the amount of education i currently have? Is it my best bet to take the weeks of STNA certification classes? Thanks!
