I was doing NECP, but I only applied to UMB. My enlistment ends this year and I am getting out the AF, and will use my GI bill to go to school. I was going to reenlist if I was accepted to UMB and the NECP. Good luck with everything!!

I asked how could I make my application my competitive, but did not receive an answer. My overall GPA is 3.4, my science gpa is 3.7, and my TEAS score is 76%. I am in the process of volunteering at the hospital on base, that is something I lacked....

Yes, I found out early. On my application I stated I was military, and UMB knew I was applying to the nursing program for the Air Force and that I needed my decision before April. When I called I spoke with the assistant director, and she told me I was not accepted and I also received an email, and a letter in the mail a week later. Yes I am disappointed, but I will try again in the spring and also I will apply to other schools as well...

i found out the first week of march that i was not accepted. i needed my decision early, because i was doing a nursing commissioning program for the air force. i will reapply for the spring semester. good luck to everyone!
