    I am attemtping to return to the workforce and have not been at the bedside since 2000. I am well aware of the issues why returning to the clinical setting is not an option. I have been desperately trying relocate to the Sierras for several years so that I can retrain as a paralegal but have been stuck in Northern California rural community. Housekeepers make $25hr and have more job security here. The legal field is in desparete need of nurses and because of this I have decided to do Estate Planning for income and for the non-profit I founded. It would be great if there was non profit located in California that focused on ReEntry RNs and getting them back to work.
