  1. Hi Jennymaria23 Hi there, I am interested in the baycare mobile pool position. I have just applied and spoke with the recruiter the position sounds good but I was wondering if you could share with me your experience you have had this far in the mobile pool and how was your orientation? I will also be relocating as we live in Rhode Island currently. I worked in a small community hospital as a clinical nurse II in the float pool and was floated to acute rehab, med-surge floors, ER. I really enjoyed floating sometimes I would even float to two deparments in one 8 hour shift. Did you get to choose which hospital to start your contract?
  2. Hello, I also waited awhile to take the Nclex but way longer than you. I graduated in May of 09 with my BSN and had a baby and I did not take the nclex until November 2010, which I failed of course from not being prepared. Then I joined the NCSBN website and did a 5 week course online and the questions were very similar to Nclex. I passed my boards last month for the second time after studying a lot of the content and doing the questions from the NCSBN 5 week course, using the Kaplan book and exam cram. Just don't give up, Good luck to ya !!! The website to the NCSBN learning extension is www.learningext.com
