If you don't mind me asking... what kinda of ICU experience do you have? I applied to the same units and I don't have any experience at all...

Hey guys, Just spoke to the Head of HR Department and told her that I would like to know how the selection process works since so many ppl are saying different things.... and she explained how it works. They will actually go through each application no matter what... Your will get looked at. If your application meets their criteria then you get a Talent Plus interview If not-- you get a rejection email. If you haven't recieved a rejection email or Talent plus interview... its b/c they didn't look at your application yet. If you pass your Talent Plus you get an interview. Just because you didn't apply on the first day does not mean you don't stand a chance... its about how qualified you are! Good Luck to everyone!

I just want to inform those who didn't apply on the first day to relax ..... I applied on Saturday 12th, and got my talent plus email. its not about first come first served... its about what you bring to the table... coverletter, references...

Honestly were all just on edge. Everyone take a deep breath. There is still time and I had friend who was the last batch to get interviewed in July before she started in August... even though she was one of the first to apply. Hey guys, a friend of mine from Ohio just sent this... its nursing students at there graduation having a good time!

Wrote the test, came home and tried to book a test and it let me. So I just paid. 2days later I paid for quick result and of course I failed! 2nd test...I wrote the test came home and did it again but... this time I got a message saying to contact my board and it wouldn't allow me to pay. 2 days later quick result said I passed! I'm proof the 'person vue trick' does work. Thanks of course to me failing the first time. LOL

I had a similar problem. So we left to finances... If I accepted the job I would make more so it is best if he moved. We both have student loans and so money is a factor in job relocation.

So just a heads up for all my fellow nurses... don't email *****. I made this mistake... turns out if you can only submit the applicaiton online for the New Grad Program... NO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS REGARDING the program. You can only email her if you are nurse with experience looking for a permanent position. she also mentioned that she has ppl working for that take care of these matters. I feel like an idiot... i think i just lost my shot at the program by ******* off the wrong lady. I'm going to assume I probably got this email because so many ppl have been bothering her. Anyways, just wanted to share with you my experience so u don't make the same mistake.
