    Hi all! I have been working in my hospital's med surg unit for the past year and a half. I enjoy it for the most part, but as many of you well know, nights are tough. I have been presented with the opportunity to work in the women's clinic Aldo part time, which is what I want. I have small children at home and would love the opportunity to be back on days and no weekends! Also the clinic job is nonunion, but I don't really care about that... what would you do? Any suggestions? Please help! Thanks :)
