  1. At the other colleges, i flunked out of biology and chemistry. However, when I was in high school, I took biology at the community college I'm planning on going to so that's already out of the way. I know my ability in the sciences and I know I can pass them. Its just my past few attempts at school were overshadowed by other things which won't happen again.
  2. I'm hoping to start a career in nursing. I initally wanted to go to medical school, but after working in a hospital I know nursing is for me. However, I didn't start off too well in school. In 2008, I started college (planning to go to med school) but flunked out after getting pregnant. I took a few years off and went back in the fall of 2011, but with working full time, I too flunked out. I am planning to start my pre-req's for nursing this upcoming fall semester at a community college. The classes I took at the other schools were geared towards medical school and won't be used as pre-req's for nursing school. Do I still have a chance at nursing school if I do very well in my pre-req's?
  3. Hi. I'm new to this forum. I've decided to go to Chatham University for nursing and their school is connected with shadysides. I have to take the entrance exam this weekend, but I was wondering if anyone had gone through this program and could offer any insight to how it will be.
  4. Hi. Im new to this site and have a lot of questions. I recently applied for the chatham university school of nusing which is connected with the shadyside school of nursing. I was accepted into chatham university, but i have to take the entrance exam next month for shadyside. I wanted to know about the difficulty of the test. Im not so much worried about the critical reading and math, but the science section scares me. I've been out of school for a few years. If anyone can give me any insight as to what i should focus on studying, that would be very helpful. Thanks!!!
