I like Case Management. A lot of nurses are unaware of this field outside of the hospital setting

I just passed my exam on 8/30/2017. I studied CCM Made Easy 2nd Edition by Deanna Gilliam. I purchased it from Amazon

I interviewed at DRH and I went throught the same thing with this Gallup assessment. It was more like a personality test. Obviously it has some bearing on the hiring process because after a wonderful interview with 2 great Nursing managers, i didnt get the job.

I would take the home care job. The flexibility is the most important part to me. Good luck.

If you think something will happen then it will. You are only a phone call away frow your agency or 911. If you've been doing well then dont stress out about it. Maybe you need a mentor of some sort.
