New Haven, New Britain, or Bridgeport???
i went to southern connecticut state university in new haven, and hated it... just my opinion though... too many people, traffic stinks.... i would live in newtown or danbury and commute to bridgeport via rt. 25 to the merrit

more on CT schools
i am a pre-nursing student at southern connecticut state university, and i love it. although, i am thinking of transferring to western because it isn't as difficult to get into the program, and there are more seats. a lot of the state universities are really upping their standards as far as their nursing schools go. good luck with whatever you do. raff http://www.southernct.edu

I hate Anatomy/Physiology class!
I just took a test on Epithelial Tissues and The Integumentary System, Bone Tissue and Muscular Tissue. There was a lot to remember, but I studied my hardest. I don't usually believe in pulling 'all nighters' but I had no choice to this time. Suprisingly, I learned a lot and retained it all. I will get back to you all with my grade. Neuromuscular Junctions, and Muscle Excitement, Excitement Contraction, Contraction, and Relaxation is really difficult but not impossible to remember.

I hate Anatomy/Physiology class!
I feel that way right now. I am a freshmen at university in CT and I am going crazy. Stupid me decided to take A&P my FIRST semester. What was I thinking? And to top it off, my professor doesn't give two shits about your grade or his teaching. He puts powerpoint notes and stuff up on the projector in a lecture hall filled with 250-300 students and says, "It's in the book folks. It's in the book." I mean, if he keeps saying that everything is in the book, then WHY DO WE EVEN HAVE TO GO TO LECTURE?!?!? SORRY i got a little carried away hhah.

yale- new haven / brackus?
speaking of the food...... my mother got a Bone Marrow Transplant at YNHH... and i must say that elkpark was right about the food. It was great. It was not the cliche "hospital food" that everyone thinks it is. Enough about food, let's talk about nursing ahhaha.
