I am currently taking my pre-reqs through college network. My dh is in the military and I can CLEP out of tests for free but do you know if I can use the military for the online TCN exams for free? I sent an email to my advisor asking him this but thought I would ask you to in case you answer before he does. lol

I called MBON and they stated the Excelsior is approved HOWEVER; suggested I call the number for higher learning in MS. The lady I spoke to there stated that Excelsior is NOT approved in MS. I am moments away from applying but now I am not sure what to do. Alabama (where I live) does not recognize the school unless you go for your bachelors. I can only go for my associates at the moment and the schools in Mobile are not the greatest. Can anyone in MS or AL help shed some light? I figured Excelsior would be good, I could work still and take my classes later in the day. Then when i was completed I would take by boards in MS and work there since it is only 30 minutes away. Any ideas?

Well according to the ATI book (this is what our tests are based off of) the INR range is 2-3 and PT is 18-24 sec. Still stumped I even tried asking ATI but they will not help me since I am a student and not an instructor

So far I haven't had any luck on here with getting any help but I am reaching out again so please try to help me. A question on an ATI pharmacology question really confused me maybe one of you can help me understand it. The question was something like this: A patient is on Coumadin what lab values do you monitor possible answers were: PT 65, PT 90, INR 2.0, INR 3.0 I know INR is what is monitored for BUT as you can see by the answers which one???? I have asked my instructors and they have no clue. Please help me!!!!
