  1. hs2011, my top choice was BC because of the reputation of the program and the experience of friends that have gone to BC, NU and MGH. All three are great schools, but I think BC will be a better fit for me. I have had some great interactions with the faculty there over the past year and am excited to be starting there in the fall. I sent in my deposit to BC a few weeks ago. I wish I could have heard back from MGH before making that decision, but regardless of what I hear from MGH I am thrilled to be going to BC. Good luck to everyone with their decisions!
  2. Got an acceptance call for NU psych last night around 7:30
  3. I would recommend getting an Eagle ID. I thought they issued them to everyone who applied. If you did not get one, try calling the school and seeing if you have an ID# that you didnt know about. If not they should be able to generate one easily enough. Your ID is how all your data is organized so I wouldn't try to submit documents to them without your ID# on them
  4. Just received an acceptance letter to the psych direct entry!
  5. Was the email an individualized email or was it a mass email with everyone bcc'd? No email from BC... I applied to psych
  6. Nikki164, I would email a faculty member in the specialty that you applied to. That person can give you details for that department. You cam also try janet briand-mcgowan who is very responsive. Good luck!
  7. Haven't heard anything from bc yet. I want to call again but I don't want to be annoying. The wait is killer.
  8. They called me back at 4:30. Nerve racking afternoon! I have an interview next Friday. If anyone wants to meet up for lunch or coffee before or after their interview let me know.
  9. I just missed a call from NU... They didn't leave a message! I'm hoping it was to offer an interview. I called back but no one is answering
  10. I got a call 2 weeks ago saying that they are reviewing applications the first two weeks of feb and then will be alerting people of interviews. I haven't heard anything further from NU
  11. I also called BC earlier this month and got the same "mid-february" response. I applied to BC, NU and MGH and am nervously awaiting admissions decisions. I think last year BC had 2 rounds of admissions. One was the last week of January and the second was mid-late february after they hear back from the first group. Anyone else nervous about having to respond to BC before hearing anything from other schools? I've heard they give you a few weeks to send in a deposit. Its my first choice, but financial aid could be a factor.
