Yes, and yes. It is an accredited college therefore OSBN allows grads from Excelsior. As long as you meet all the requirements of the program you are elidgible to sit for the boards as well. I work with many people who have attended Excelsior and they have their license here. I also am currently enrolled in Excelsior and haven't ran into any problems. The clinicals are only 5-8 months out, and you have to finish your classes to apply. However, once done with your classes and you apply for clinicals there are three modules you have to finish before clinicals anyway. They are the simulation clinicals. I have heard they are very helpful and there is a practice clinicals you can do as well ( you have to pay extra) but if you do it then you are almost gauranteed to pass. Just a friendly note for those who are trying to decide if it's a good idea or not.
