I have work in LTC for four years, I love it, couldn't agree, you deal with all kind of issues and patients. It's very rewarding.

Hello everyone, I'm planning to go back for my BSN as an ADN nurse. But we all know how busy life can get. I'm planning to do my BSN online, and I have read a lot about online classes and etc. Does anyone knows if online degree are really recognized by employers? Any advise is highly appreciated. hello everyone, my husband has new job and he will be starting in may in another state. i'm very excited about the move. the problem is i have work in long term care for 3 year after getting out of nursing school. (mostly skilled nursing) i thought this is an opportunity for me to move out of ltc and do something else. the truth is i'm tired of ltc, i'm tired of working short, long hours, cna's disrespecting you. do you think i can get a job in the hospital or doing something else other than getting stuck in the nursing home? any advice will help!
