Is anyone planning on starting a Facebook group for our class? Or is it too soon? I know I read in past threads where they had started one for each graduating class.

Hey guys, Congratulations to everyone!!!! I'm soooo excited:) Thanks to those of you who called and updated us on the generic thing, I haven't been able to get through but my term says Summer 2011, so I'm gonna assume it's the Accelerated program. Here's what I know about changes to the program...My interviewer showed me a sample schedule...actually the one they gave us downstairs...and we discussed it...I asked why it showed that we would be on campus everyday (almost) and she said becuase it had changed. She didn't know all the specific details but said we WOULD be required to be on campus more and that some of the professors for some on the classes (didn't say which ones or how many) would broadcast lectures online and we had the option to watch them that way...or we could attend the class in person. However...the point of her bringing that up was to ask if I would be available to be on campus at least 3 or 4 days out of the week...So anyway...?? Stats Nursing prereqs 3.54 Science 3.75 Undergrad 3.566 Hesi overall 90 BS from UHD MA from SHSU I did most of my prereqs at Lonestar and a few at HCC

I don't have the admissions one either though...unless they took it off after they changed the status...?

Hey guys...check your Utlink status because mine changed from pending to admitted today...But on the left where it says program...it says BSN generic Nursing. So I don't know if that means it's the traditional track or accelerated or what...It says the same for Summer 2011 and Fall 2011 so...? But I would be happy with either:)

Congrats feistyaggie...glad it went well. I had my interview on Wed and I felt like it went well too...the lady I interviewed with was great and I so enjoyed talking with her that I almost forgot it was an interview, lol. Anyway...thanks for the info and good luck to everyone interviewing this week!!

I applied to the Accelerated BSN program at UTHSC starting Summer 2011 and I got an email today inviting me to an interview on Feb 8, so I guess they have started notifying people...Good luck to everyone:)
