sounds like psych...DSM (3 or 4) which is the bible for psychiatric diagnosis and description of illnesses. Stands for Diagnostic and Statistical Manual.

I didnt get any new format questions but when I was leaving I walked past another candidate who had a picture of some sort on the screen. Mostly prioritizing for me. I would say go with your gut feeling on this one. I found that in the practice reviews I usually found that my first inclination was the correct one so I did this on the exam.

hello, I have passed NCLEX .....can anyone tell me what visa I need and where to apply for it so I can work in the U.S. as an R.N.? I believe the old TN -1 has recently changed. thanks Canadiana
