  1. MedStaff has a Portland office now. I used to work for their Seattle location. They're pretty cool so far!
  2. If you're looking for some consistent shifts, I'd call MedStaff. They're a smaller new office in Johns Landing but have great pay rates and are really nice. Being one of their first employees, you don't feel like a quota or number or whatever. They pay pretty well and have access to a lot of facility work.
  3. If in Oregon, I know MedStaff pays: Med Surg 44-48 Specialty 51-55
  4. Are you still looking in Oregon? I, personally, enjoy per diem. I get 45 dollars an hour, sometimes up to 48 working for MedStaff. They have a large contract with Providence. If you're into working a more sporadic schedule, I would recommend that for Med Surg. I know they pay above 50 an hour for specialty. Just an option. I preferred travel in the past, but have found this to supplement while being able to stay home.
  5. I know of a per diem agency, MedStaff, in Portland. They have opportunities for CNAs in hospitals around the area. They pay great, but you need 3 years of experience.
