  1. Here is a link to the Student Handbook. http://nursing.maricopa.edu/pdfdocs/Nursing_Student_Handbook.pdf on page 7 it outlines the program. As far as what the tentative schedule looks like; test are on various Monday's, class on Tues 8-1230 & Thur 8-245. 3 Fri 8-5 Lab Only, and Clinicals are 2 sections on Wed (9/18-11/20) and 3 sections on Fri (9/20-11/22). This is the traditional schedule. There is also a SHC partnership/NAU CEP schedule. All of this comes in your Information packet.
  2. AndeeRN - I have no idea what the schedule for block one will be like. Hopefully someone will post soon and share with us.

  5. Just placed at Scottsdale Community College for Fall 2013. Start date 8/19. Nerves are kicking in already.
  6. Jay_dee90 & rocknaz thanks for the post. I too have a 12/10 stamp and have been patiently waiting. Its been an emotional rollercoaster ride. Crossing everything I got we get placed fall 2013.
  7. Wow!!! I thought I was the only one going through ALL this crap. I have been a CNA for almost 5 years (working through school VERY slowly due to children, schooloing and work) and the more and more I see this crap going on it REALLY frustrates me to no end. I too have a CC who has favorites and IF youre not actually in the nursing program (not yet for me) you might as well be the janitor. Not sure how much longer I can put up with others not doing half the work I put into my shift and me always being micromanaged. Just know when I become an RN I will NEVER treat my pts or CNA's the way most of these RN's, CC's and Dr's do.
