Sometimes we don't understand why God allows us to go through the things we go through, but we have to trust and believe in his plan for us! Remember: God always has His hands on you; he is walking with you every step of your journey! One of these days, you will look back on your struggle and that will make you appreciate your success even more, this will be your testimony! My advice to you is STOP studying! At this point, you have learned all you can...whatever you read over tonight and tomorrow, you probably won't even retain! I did the Saunders Comprehensive NCLEX Review book and Linda LaCharity's Prioritization book as well and I got 75 questions and passed :) You will do fine! Don't worry about your scores on LaCharity, I was around that same percentage...the point is that you grasp the concepts and understand why you got the answers wrong so that you will get questions like that right on the NCLEX! RELAX and get some rest tonight! Good Luck!

They tell you that it will take 48 hours, which means 2 business days! I took mine on Thursday and wasn't expecting to get a result until Monday because that would be 2 business days. However, I logged into Pearson Vue early Saturday morning and it said that my quick results were ready! If I were you, I would def. check tomorrow, but don't get discouraged if they are not ready because technically they don't have to post them until Tuesday for you! But def. check tomorrow and it's $7.95. Good Luck and I just know you passed :)

Hiii :) I had the exact same questions as you! I was very confused as to how to tackle all of the content needed to prepare for the exam! I used the Saunders Comprehensive NCLEX Review book which is awesome! I have heard that Kaplan is great as well. I think that no matter what book you choose to use, be consistent in your studies! Set aside a certain amount of time each day devoted solely to studying! I made a detailed schedule of what sections I would do each day and stuck to it. This ensures that you will have completed all you need to by the time your exam comes so that you aren't left cramming at the last minute! After reviewing content in the Kaplan or Saunders book, you need to do questions, questions, and more questions! You obtained the knowledge from the books but then you need to make sure you can apply it through questions! I did some of the questions on the CD that came with the book but I mainly used: Mosby's Review Cards for the NCLEX-RN Examination (there are over 1200 with answers and rationales). Also, I STRONGLY suggest you get a book titled: Prioritization, Delegation, and Assignment by Linda A. LaCharity! This book focuses on questions like: what patient to assess first, what patients an LPN or CNA can have, what patients a new nurse, float nurse or travel nurse should be assigned to, who to delegate to and how, and how to prioritize a list of four patients based on their conditions! This book was my saving grace! You NEED to know how to answer those types of questions. The book was around $20. Also, make sure you know infection control forwards and backwards! Good luck with studying! The exam is not as hard as you think...i passed with 75 questions on my first try!

I took my on the 18th and passed with 75 questions! My advice to you at this point is to RELAX, take a deep breath, and have FAITH! Try not to study anymore; your brain needs to rest! Get as much sleep as possible tonight and try your best not to stress! Going into the exam anxious is normal but do not go in completely stressed out or it will be very hard to focus. The exam is not as difficult as you would think! Good luck and you are in my prayers :)

Yeeesss! The Pearson Vue Trick worrksss! I have to admit that I was skeptical but I took my test on November 18th, 2010 @ 8am. The computer shut off at 75 questions. About 3 hours after my test was over, I tried to re-register for the NCLEX exam and a box popped up saying that I had recently scheduled an exam and to contact my member board! (That is the good pop-up). I was still unsure but yesterday, November 20th I got my quick results saying that I PASSEEDDDD! :) Believe it, the pearson vue trick def. worked for me :)
