Hello, I graduated nursing school in 2012 i have tested twice and failed had a baby who will be one this month. I lost my dad 2 weeks ago but jan 1st im getting back to the books. Anyways this is mainly on the attitude i get from my fiance to see if maybe im the one not understanding. He works long hours to support us i make min wage not much money at all but i care for our daughter full time. He says things to me like 1. Get your life together 2. You know you can pass just do it 3. Im not telling you what u wanna hear im telling what u dont wanna hear. 4. I need you to pass this test All this does is get me upset and worked up. Its more pressure on me but he thinks his "tough love" is what i need. I get so upset because ive given my all to these tests, i want more than anything to pass im not doing it on purpose!! Opinions. Please!!!!

It's so heartbreaking! Kaplan works for a lot of people so I honestly don't know what my problem is!

Well, second time around and I failed again! 1st time: 70 questions shut off and this time 96 and shut off! I'm beside myself after using Kaplan my scores were 55% to 60% I did the whole course and feel disgusted! I had no ekg no drag n frog 2 exhibit and a boat load of sata I'm in pa so I can retest in 45 days but my god I forgot how bad this hurts!

KV12, Yes i'm mopping around today in depression and tomorrow i will hop back onto my horse and try again! its just so irritating when everyone around me is passing and I'm just being a failure! nalaa83 i couldnt afford the money for the whole program so i and a friend split it. so i watched all the videos and did all the qtrainers but she did the 4 days class! my grades were around 50%

I Failed, Horribly! So i wanted to give everyone and update and my experience. I Get to the test center and get all the finger and palm scanning done, pictures taken now time to start the test! I went into this test doing Kaplan, Some saunders, i new all my labs like no other! well question #1... DRAG AND DROP IN ORDER!!(*** are you kidding me) Questions #2 SELECT ALL THAT APPLY! (ok this is just great) Question #3 Patient has *some weird disease i never heard of* what should there EKG look like? Picture of 4 Cardiac Strips (i dont know what the disease is so i dont know *** it does to the heart) From that point on i had 6 More Drag And Drop 19 More SATA 7 Exhibit Questions and 1 Drug Calc! I Did The PVT and i got the credit card screen! and i know from those questions what i was picking was a GUESS! Been Crying Since I Left The Test! I Know i can try again but i really felt prepared and felt i got a **** test! so everyone do you feel prepared??

I also am testing next week and i have read numerous forums and i have had advice from people i know who have taken the test and one thing i can honestly say is everyone is different. Its the test! I read someone on here was getting 40's to 50's didnt even do all the qtrainers for kaplan a C student in school and passed the NCLEX first try 75 q's. Then I heard of a girlk in my class who was getting 70's on qtrainers took the ati readiness and got a 98% and just found out she failed the NCLEX first try! Me, im getting high 40's on my qtrainers which is terrible but i have found that i cant sweat it anymore. The test is either in my favor or not! Im going to test, do my best, pray. and tell myself i can do this! and what happens happens! If i fail guess what.....Ill Take It Again! Good Luck!

My teacher always told me A students do not make good nurses... The C students do!! But I signed up for the Kaplan review course!

ahhh so sorry about the fail i know it has to suck but the good thing is we can always prepare some more and try again right? thanks for the advice though! looks like its go time until tuesday!!

I Have My Nclex Scheduled For 6 Days... I Have Been Doing Kaplan Q Trainers 1=48% 2=46% 3=45% and 4=51% I was never an A student in school but i was wondering what people think my chances are for passing!

i emailed the ladie and she said to stop at her office on the first day of classes and she will give me a pass the only thing open is by vulcan village and we would have to ride the bus down!
