  1. This HESI exam isn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. I bought the review book and I went over it once to just brush up on a few things. I'm not sure about your school requirements, but for my school (TMCC) you had to get at least a 75% on all subjects. The math is very basic along with the reading comprehension and grammar. I would definitely study the A&P part if you haven't taken those classes in the last year. Good luck!
  2. Sorry, but almost definitely not. The anatomy and physiology class is a two part class and will probably be your hardest because it is so time consuming. I would recommend waiting a year and doing it more slowly so you don't risk getting poor grades and having to redo them. I just got accepted last semester and the lowest GPA accepted was a 3.75. Although all schools are different, nursing school is extremely competitive and you want to try to get all A's on your pre-reqs. Hope this helps! Good luck :)
  3. Wow that is awesome. So does all of your classes count towards your GPA or only their prereqs? Thanks for the help. I am planning on attending the orientation next month to clear some things up. I have just heard how hard it is so maybe I'm paranoid. Thanks again!
  4. What exactly does it mean that they will calculate all lower division classes into your GPA? I have my BS already, but didn't do so hot on some of the coursework. I took my prereqs (BIO 223, 224, and 251) and I got A's in all 3. Do you think I will be able to get in if I got A's on those 3 classes? Of course I know I have to take the HESI test, but I'm not so sure how the GPA calculation works. Any advice/help would be wonderful.
