Hello, I know this post is a little old but can anyone leave the names of the schools you are attending? I am looking to transition without work experience and I am trying to find schools that offer this opportunity. Thanks

@ coffee...I understand. Right now my heart is beating out of my chest and all I want to do is cry. I am not sad nor mad, but all I want to do is cry. We have all come all long way to be waiting for the same news. Last year they seem to send out rejection letters earlier. However, since all seem to becoming at once I am even more nervous. I truly hope that it arrives in Saturday's mail...I leave to go out of the country on Sunday and I cannot imagine leaving without knowing. My stomach is in knots and I swear I will earl (sp) soon. I couldn't even sleep last night. However, it will be over soon...this waiting game....and at the end when we are graduating as Registered Nurses....we can laugh, smile, and cry....always remembering where we came from. Gotta love it! Best Wishes to you all!!! I appreciate this forum for giving me a way to express some of what is going on inside of me.

Wannaburs...it will be you and I patiently waiting next time for the big white envelope. I cried for a while because I really wanted this...however, I am not going to give up!! My GPA is 3.9/TEAS in 78%...any suggestions for next semester? Should I retake the TEAS? I didn't apply to concurrent because I hadn't completed Chemistry which I am taking next semester in hopes to reapply for Fall 2011. I am so confused as to why certain "lower" GPA/TEAS etc.. would be accepted over other higher ones. Also my letter mentioned something about a Tech program??? Since I have no idea what that means, I would assume this is why I did not get in. I finished my Prequ. Fall 09. The letter mentioned Cat.1 were people who completed in the Summer of 09. Yet, I see some one stated they finished Summer 2010. I need to be prepared for the next time I apply so if you guys could give me some insight it would help. Congratulations to all who got accepted and I wish you all the best of luck! Keep looking ahead and don't bother looking back. I will only be a step behind you next semester!!

I would not recommend any 2 sciences. However, if you do not work then you can pull it off. I worked part time, took A&P2 and Micro together, and I struggled. It was tough to juggle them both. Even though I got an A in A&P2, I got a B in Micro (when I know I would have gotten an A) if I had dedicated more time to it. That hurt! I think the worst part is having a test in both classes on the same day or worst having the practical in both classes on the same day....nightmare!

THanks for the reminder about no mail today...I swear I check the box 50 times a day...thinking I missed something. I am waiting but this waiting is nerve racking!!

Congrats Jacksonleo...I applied to Daytona but I didn't get in...awaiting SSC...this waiting is so hard!
