  2. hello everyone! i would a few questions, i hope some s. thank you in advance! i am a registered nurse trainee (i learned that crnbc considers both paid and unpaid jobs post graduation working as a registered nurse) assigned to 3 different wards in one of the hospitals in our place. i plan to register at crnbc. i looked at form 37 and it said only one employment reference is required. who should i approach to fill up this form? one of my supervisors in one of the wards i have been assigned to? one of my head nurses in one of the wards i have been assigned to? would any of them be okay? if not, who should i approach? if it is okay , do i have to inform the supervisor or the head nurse to please fill up the ward that i have just been supervised by him/her? or to please write all the 3 wards that i have been assigned to while i was working at the hospital? as for the application which has the 8 pages under letter d (please be kind enough to look at this at crnbc website), what e- mail address should i use, the one filling up the form 37 or the hospital itself (that is the e-mail address of the hospital)? or the best one to fill this up (form 37)is the chief nurse or the medical director? (but i do not think they know me personally because there are plenty of nurse trainees in our hospital, i doubt if they'll remember each one of us after we finished our work experience in the hospital). please help. all your suggestions are greatly appreciated! Good day to all of you!
