I think I would take the insurance job and ask the interviewer at the L&D position if she would keep you in mind should an RN position open at her hospital. You might be surprised that a position might open sooner rather than later. Good Luck

try your state department of labor site and sign up for their job search. call all the agencies in the phone book. look into correctional nursing. good luck and don't give up.

A) Good for you, a caring compassionate person - you'll be blessed. B) Print out your complete post. Sign it with contacting info. Make several copies and hand deliver to ED supervisor, pt's PMD, copy for husband/couple, and one for yourself.

Is there a union at your facility? If so get them on this ASAP.
